Consensus Meeting
During this meeting we will review the findings of our assessment. We will look for consensus on things like number of devices, makes and models, volumes, and variety of other variables to ensure we have not missed anything. We will also review current costs to determine the current overall spend.
Finally, we will review your end goals to assure we can meet or exceed those expectations.
Recommendations
During this phase we are taking all of the data we have collected about your current state, factor in your goals and desires such as streamline your documentation needs, remove hassles, eliminate redundancies, save time, save money and cut waste, We then make recommendations on how to accomplish these goals not just as a one time fix, but as an ongoing strategy and partnership.
Implementation
This will be laid out in a very defined time line. We will discuss who, where, what and how and ensure that all related parties are informed trained and expectations have been set for how the partnership will work.
